I try a different medium like maybe an audiobook or a graphics novel, if that doesn’t help then I take a small break from reading and maybe go for a walk or watch a movie or write something. For me, not forcing it is important because I don’t want something I love to feel like a chore.

If i read something very intense i have to take a break and read a totally different genre. I also love biographies but am open for anything.

Sylvia O’Neill i actually jump to an amish author and totally relax. I read Lisa Gardner’s The Perfect Husband and i was so nervous to park near any vans after that it was crazy. I like her writing style.
