Definitely Lincoln Rhyme by Jefferey Deaver or any Chris Carter Robert Hunter book

The Bone Collector was half decent, although I was surprised to see a black Lincoln Rhyme. The Coffin Dancer would make a good book I think.

0
Caroline

I thought the Coffin Dancer was made into a movie ?

Tony

I’d also like to see Robert Crais’s Cole and Pike brought to life.

The Hat, The Lie and the List by Georgie Logan would be excellent. Jessie Keane of course. Michael Connolly writes great books so I would love to see more of his work on TV. The Harry Bosch character has already done one series and I believe the second is being filmed. Haven’t seen anything new on TV from Lynda La Plante for a long time surprisingly. Shame as her programmes as usually good.

Lol, I’ve been saying it long enough!

0
Mike

@Michael Thanks, Patricia. I wonder who would suit the part of Barnes. 🙂

1
Patricia

Mike please shorten my name Patricia is such a mouth full and most have shortened it now.
Ok, now who could play Barnes? I have a couple in mind but let me have a think…….I can see him leaning on the bar chatting to Ron and Beth in my mind at the moment. I’ll get back to you in a bit, when I’ve narrowed it down!

1
Mike

Okay, Trish. I always see big Ron Quinn as the late wrestler and then actor Pat Roache.

1
Patricia

That’s weird because from his first a appearance I saw Pat Roache, fits him like a glove. Trish is fine, I always sign my Amazon reviews with Tricia as it was better than my original name of verified Amazon customer……
Just coming to look for you actually…..I’ve narrowed my list down to two.
A Welsh actor by the name of Tom Cullen and Santiago Cabrera, you probably have others in mind but let me know what you think! ?

1
Mike

I think that they both look the part, but I see Barnes as being a little older and more craggy looking 🙂

1
Patricia

Make-up’s a wonderful thing Mike…..it’s their mannerisms I was looking at more than their actual face ages, if that makes any sense. ?

0
Mike

It does, Trish. I’ve just had a picture of him in my mind since I started the series.

1
Jeanette

Got to be Chris Carter…
