Chocolat by Joanne Harris. If you like magic, historical novels, and food it’s a winner!

The Sevenwater Trilogy by Juliet Marillier I found to be absolutely magic infused. Especially the first two books.
Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman (actually almost anything by Neil)

I own The Bear and the Nightingale so that’ll be an easy way to start!

@Nicole, it’s sooo good! I like the second one even better. It’s a bit slow to start, but after the first couple chapters, I couldn’t put it down.

I LOVED The Night Circus. One of my all time favorites

@Diane Me too, I really got lost in it. I love that feeling when you come away from reading feeling “book drunk”.

I own this book! Going to have to start it soon!

@Melinda what a wonderful phrase, “book drunk.” That says it all. Night Circus had so much in it, it was easy to just sink into that book. It’s stayed with me long after I finished it.
