Yes I’m sorry I should have said something. They could definitely be a trigger for someone who was abused. I’m so sorry if you went through anything like he did.
Brittany Ary-Davis, I finally had to make it off limits even as a book report book for my students as I couldn’t grade them – too triggering. Thank you for your kind words. My life is pretty amazing now. I feel like books saved my life.
I’ve only read a couple and they were years ago but I really enjoyed Billie Pipers autobiography and the comedian Michael McIntyre I found it hilarious 🙂
I prefer biographies, but at least the main character doesn’t die in an autobiography. =) Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin Against All Odds by Chuck Norris Fighting Blind by Jim DeFelice Confessions of a Sociopath, by M.E. Thomas -it gets boring as it goes along, but that’s actually her point.
Which have you already read, if any? ?
My experiments with truth by M. K Gandhi and Story of a real man by Boris polivei, planning to read Mein Kempf Tanya Collette
I am Malala
Entire Malala episode was scripted after they shot her, so I m not a fan of Malala.

If you were abused as a child, be aware that these books are extremely triggering. I can’t read them.
