‘Dark Matter’ by Blake Crouch. It’s a thriller but borders a touch on sci-fi. The best book I’ve ever read.

Agree with Linda Lee on Steve Cavanagh’s Th1rte3n, a tad addictive. Also The Confession by Jo Spain or Black Water by @Cormac. Or a wee book called @Burning…

White Birch Graffiti written by some Dutch guy. It happens to be $0.99 on Kindle for right now. Timely story. A presidential election brings home to roost one man’s dark, childhood secret.

Try Whisky from Small Glasses by Denzil Meyrick. This is possibly where LJ Ross got her character idea from? Good series of books about DCI Daley

Hi Al, I’m sure Denzil’s characters are very good but I’ve never read any of his work, so can assure you my character ideas are my own ?

Susan

@Louise I’ve not read anything by Denzil Meyrick but I was certain DCI Ryan was your own creation!
