I saw the movie years ago. Did you see it? I’ve never seen a movie before I read the book, I stayed up 1/2. the night to finish “The Help” before going to the movie the next day with friends.
Koji Suzuki is the author. I started the book, then left it for nearly a year. When I finally got back to it, . . . I didn’t need to re-read any of it, . . . the writing is so vivid. ?
Maybe The Dry? I’ve talked about this book so much with my friends and family that I bet they wish I would be quiet about it already, lol. I wish I could offer more suggestions, but I’m also a very picky reader
Defending Jacob. My jaw dropped and I still am in amazement a few years later. It’s a must read if you like books with a twist you did not see coming. Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult is also excellent.
