The wheel of time, it’s a 14 book series following a set of characters who had to leave their homes I’ll avoid going into too much detail because *spoilers* but the series has some fantastic world building and set cultures, religions, traditions and organized societies thar use magic. I’m only half way through, but it’s pretty good! Only downside us that the women aren’t written too well, but hey that’s typical in this genre. Amazon prime bought the rights to it and will adapt it into a show pretty soon.

I had no idea Amazon bought it! That’s going to be amazing! I can’t wait to see this

Amy

I love wheel of time, I am on book 4! 🙂

1
Cadence

Right?? They funded it just as much as LOTR so it’s definitely going to be amazing!

2
JoshQuestion author

@Cadence looking forward to the Lord of the rings too

0
Amy

Oh wow, I can’t wait! I just hope they do it justice. The books are so detailed and I can’t even imagine how they would fit it all into a series.

0
Cadence

@Josh yes! Two fantasy series at once! No better time than right aft GOT ends

0
Cadence

@Amy I am a little worried how they’ll do some of the battle scenes because there’s so much magic going on, and everyone will be glowing. I hope that doesn’t look weird.
