I found it slow and wandery (is that a word) started over 12 months ago, havent finished it yet, haven’t thrown it out because I’d like to find out what other people like about it.

I’m not a big fan of Kristin Hannah books, but this did hold my attention the whole way through. Good, not great.
The middle does slow a little but stay with it. By the end you will be so glad you did. Rewarding, powerful and very emotional read.
Im half way through ? really enjoying it ! Just wish that id have more time to read atm, soon as i read a page im so tired i fall asleep ?
It was ok but didn t grip me enough to go read more of her books especially as people say its one of the best. Think it was the style of writing
