I found it slow and wandery (is that a word) started over 12 months ago, havent finished it yet, haven’t thrown it out because I’d like to find out what other people like about it.

fortunately I like slow.
As long as it’s entertaining I’m in no hurry to finish a story..

I’m not a big fan of Kristin Hannah books, but this did hold my attention the whole way through. Good, not great.
Loved this book it was beautifully written pulls at the heart strings

The middle does slow a little but stay with it. By the end you will be so glad you did. Rewarding, powerful and very emotional read.
