@Malu The Siren by Kiera Cass and The Golden Braid by Melanie Dickerson. Not sure they are your type of genre books but I love fantasy. The Siren made me feel what the character was feeling and I just cried my eyes out.

So far only two books have made me cry a few others came close. I just read the Golden Braid and I cried but I might just be emotional tonight.

Yes, except while reading on an airplane! The worst was when I finished The Nightingale somewhere between ATL and MKE and sobbed for 15 minutes.

@Lynsey that book made me cry uncontrollably for hours. I would have thought that since the title warned me what was going to happen I would be prepared for it, but nope! I was still emotionally traumatized.
