@Kaitlyn I don’t think it was terrible but I just couldn’t get into it. But in all fairness, I will probably try it again?

@Jayson I couldn’t finish it either! I loved the movie but the book I just couldn’t. Which is really strange.

@Naomi the first book is GARBAGE.
Through strong encouragement from my friends I pushed forward into book 2. I also didn’t want to finish it (I’m seriously sick of Stockholm syndrome relationships in books). But about 5-7 chapters into book 2, the story completely changed. Like a whole new f-ing story. I’m like, wtf. But I really loved it after those initial shit filled chapters and the last book in the series I ended up loving. ?

1
Stefanie

@Kari totally agree. The first book is for the dumpster.

0
Naomi

I might give it another shot in that case…

0
Jasmine

@Christy I definitely didn’t like it. The writing style and characters just weren’t for me

0
Christy

@Jasmine that’s fair enough. It took me a while to adjust to that style of writing but once I got to know the characters better it was perfect. Have you watched the tv series?

1
Jasmine

@Christy not yet!! My bf kind of spoiled it for me though so idk if i will now ?

@Heather it starts, so fast, like you zone out for half a page, some very important happened, then it turned SO sloooooooow. So everything happens, wah wah sob story, grab what i came for, the end. And the love story to me was just so cringey, and annoying.

1

@Camille if you’d like, I’d be happy to send it your Kindle too. I feel bad for those who got ripped off because of an annoying character.

Wicca by Harmony Nice. Really just bought it because it was pretty cheap, I was kinda interested, and I used to watch her channel some time ago. I dunno, I guess it was really just an impulse buy after a shitty day.I didn’t really like the way she wrote it, she repeats a lot of unimportant things and I feel like a badly written blog would’ve been more entertaining/informative
