It’s not YA but it is by a YA author. The Dark Swan series by Richelle Mead was really good. There is a lot of sex though so be warned.

The Merry Gentry series by Laurell K Hamilton, but be warned there is A LOT of sex, like literally the story line is built around the sex, but I love it it’s by far one of my favorite fae books tied with ToG.

The Mercedes Thompson series by Patricia Briggs
This is actually my favorite series. Its from the view point of a coyote shifter in a world of werewolves, fae, vampires, etc. Very good series.
The Hollows by Kim Harrison
Centers on a witch in a world with witches (obviously), vampires, weres, demons, and an assortment of fae.

I actually love the Mercedes Thompson series! And Alpha and Omega. Since I’ve read them in published order I keep thinking of re reading them in chronological order…

Rose

I reread the series every year when the next book is released. I read Alpha and Omega for the first time this year in chronological order with the mercy series. I definitely suggest it. There’s also a couple graphic novels you might check out if you havent. 🙂
