Don’t you know? This is how tbr lists get out of control! That said, here ya go:
The Mirror by Marlys Millhiser Dark Matter by Blake Crouch Replay by Ken Grimwood Relic by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child The Broken Girls by Simone St James Time and Again by Jack Finney Timeline by Michael Crichton
It is literally impossible to find a more timely, more apropos novel than this, especially on the heels of yesterday’s aborted U.S. – North Korea denuclearization summit. Read it while it’s still fiction. https://readersfavorite.com/book-review/the-enemy-of-my-enemy
Anything by Jo Thomas she’s on par with Maeve Binchy. I love the way she transports the reader to feel theyre part of the story and experincing the country as the characters do. Enjoy.

Where will your vacation be? You should read something in that setting!
@Ruthie Dominican
Then I would recommend Agatha Christie’s “A Caribbean Mystery”
Claire Tomalin’s biography of Jane Austen
If you like YA, here are some that involve travel/islands but are also full of adventure:
A Touch of Gold
Daughter of the Pirate King
Kiss of Deception
I try to take a book set in the general area, or at least climate, of thr place I’m visiting.
@Liza That’s a really fun idea. Thanks!
Little Women.
The Land of Stories
Narnia
