There is a series by Deanna Chase, the first one is called Soul of a witch. I think the series has 5 books total.

Night World Series by L. J. Smith. However the last book still hasn’t come out. BUT they all read as standalone books until the 9th book. Or there is the Shandril Saga by Ed Greenwood which is a branch of the forgotten realms world. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. The Mayfair Witch trilogy by Anne Rice.

@KS I’m crossing my fingers or even more.

@Anne It is popular enough to have generated a companion book, so I think it must be doing pretty darned well. 🙂

0
Anne

@KS I love the books, the question is which direction the Author will take them. I enjoyed ‘Times Convert’ but would rather have more Diana and Mathew. Did you know that it is a TV series now too? A very good one.

0
KS

@Anne Yes, indeed. It has only recently started showing on American cable channels, but prior to that I purchased the DVDs as soon as they became available (Region 2 only, so far).

1
Anne

@KS I’m only on episode 3 here in the States but have seen good reviews for the whole season 1.

@Anne I actually am waiting to watch the series until after I have reread the novels. 🙂
