@Tina unfortunately, I don’t have any friends outside of work where I live. All my friends live in other cities. However, if we all lived close together, definitely.

Elizabeth Heiter’s Profiler series with Evelyn Bain or Brenda Novak’s Hanover House series with Evelyn Talbot. Oddly i discovered these two authors within months of each other so the Evelyn names were an ironic coincidence to me.

What kind of books do you like Sydney? I try to alternate my reading between genres. If you like British crime I have just finished “The Skeleton Room” by Kate Ellis, its number 7 in the Wesley Peterson series (there are 22 books so far). Also Santa Montefiore Deverill chronicles.

Guess it depends on the genre you like, Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovitch series is very good imo, magic in modern times crime novels is probably the best brief description I can give.

WooHoo, just found out my 20-something year old granddaughter (my daughter-in-law’s daughter) is thinking of switching her major to Forensics. She loves mysteries and thrillers – has never read any of Kathy Reichs books. Guess what she is getting for Christmas from us. LOL
