That was my second choice. It was a bit more hopeful in the end, but very very sad.

We are burying my dog this week, so I needed to read Racing again. Normally I don’t read a book twice, but this time I needed the hopefulness found when he died.
I am so sorry for your huge loss, Robbie! Yes, that end was the best….Through the sobbing, there was great hope!! Amazing.
