If she hasn’t read the series already, Jan Karon’s At Home in Mitford is a wonderful series that follows an older pastor as he tends his eccentric flock in his small mountain town, and the lessons he continues to learn as he ages and falls in love again, adopts a son. The books are delightful and so full of light and hope.
Your short review is the first I’ve read that describes the series in such a way that I REALLY want to read it. I know I’d enjoy it and now it’s high on my TBR list. Thank you.
