2-3
I do usually 2… and then there times I have like 4 going just like you lol.
Usually one fiction and at least one non-fiction.
Only 1.
Usually 2. One on my tablet and one paperback.
A few books plus an audiobook.
1-2 I try to stick to 1 though
I usually have one book I’m reading to my wife, 2-3 books for myself and sometimes an audiobook for the car.
2-4
about 6 or 7. 3 audiobooks in different locations (car, kitchen, back room) then 3 books. Normally one text book or book of greater learning currently one on the Taoism, a book I am reading with my son (he reads slowly) and the book I am reading “People of the Book” which I take everywhere with me 🙂
I have too many in process.
How do you do that????
I don’t know, to me its like watching movies, I can usually remember everything separate
@Eli I can’t watch 3 movies at once!???
I prefer to concentrate on one at a time but often I will have a fiction and a nonfiction going at the same time.
I read a few at the same time. I’m very moody and get bored quickly.
Only 1 at a time but I manage to read a lot that way
1
About a dozen
I also currently have 4, but 2 are me re reading Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.
On and off I try two. But eventually give up the less intense one.
3
One.
3 or 4
7
I usually have a couple of fiction and a non-fiction going at the same time. Right now though, I’m just reading Killers of the Flower Moon. Book Club is tomorrow night and I need to have it finished! Just about there! I’ve started The Language of Flowers and Growing, Older. I put them on “hold” though to finish the Book Club book.
One at a time
3 books
about 12?
I’m working on it… but so many different situations and necessary reads: one for the bolt hole, a couple on the ereader for on the road, a couple of non-fiction for when I have a brain, at least one classic, and of course the brain candy: comics, fantasy, and then some serious fiction. You get to 12 pretty quick.
oh, and audible.
1-2
not usually more than 2
Two.
4: an audio, a print, an electronic, and one that we read aloud a chapter a night before bed (seriously, 2 adults in the house and we have an on-going bedtime book).
Aww. You read a book together?! What book are you reading now?
@Debra The Sense if an Ending by Julian Barnes. Bob reads. I listen.
One if I’m really into it, more if I’m not, but if I find a really good one in the process, I’ll dig into that one and leave the others in the dust.
I read at least three and I’m currently writing two, plus shorts, so yeah, I feel.
Typically only one, but sometimes I’ll read a fiction and nonfiction at the same time.
One on kindle, one audio, and one physical book
Same!
5-6
Me too!
3.
Reading 6 right now, mainly because none of them have captured my complete attention.
Sometimes 2. Lately, just one.
I read 5 or 6 at a time.
2 or 3
two or three .
4 or5
3-5
1-2
4-5
3? Including an audio book. I also listen to podcasts so I try not to have too much going lol
4-5
I’m currently reading 4 as well. More than 5 or 6 and I have trouble finishing them all.
3 to four
4 or 5
4 or 5
4
One only.
2 or 3
usually one, occasionally two, but I tend to get restIve if it takes me too long to finish a book
2 at bedside, 1 for a tub soak, 2 on the Kindle. In the middle of each.
2 or 3.
1
Usually 2 or 3.
When I was younger up to 4 now 2
2
I’ve always focused on one at a time. If it’s a real page-turner, I’ll finish in a day or less. Then move on to the next one. It’s like your brain is in that one mode; and something different wouldn’t fit.
An ebook, a paperback or hardcover and an audiobook so no matter where I’m at or what I’m doing I’m always reading ?
2
Usually two, one on Audible.
