@Sandra you have excellent self control. I have 88. All either ones i have bought cheap on my kindle or bought second hand.

1
Sandra

@Hayley I just make VERY good use out of the local library and I am part-time so have plenty of time to pop in…. you have to be organised though and have a list of books to order. That was harder before I was in 3 online book clubs, plenty of ideas now.

0
Hayley

Yes I use my local library too. Mainly for new release books. As soon as I see a new release I want to read I reserve it at the library. I often have 5 books on reserve and eventually one pops up which I read between all mine. Got a notification today that the Rosie Result was ready for me to pick up.

1
Sandra

@Hayley I want to read that too, loved the first one, second one not so much. Don Tillman is a fantastic character, I hope this last book does his character justice!

0
Hayley

@Sandra. Me too! Loved the first, enjoyed the second but felt it fell short of the first.

Around 20 (I’ve just had a birthday, plus I’ve downloaded a bunch my students picked for their oral exams). When at this point, I make sure to read more of those than buy/borrow new ones. I don‘t believe in accumulating stuff I don‘t need/use.

Whitney Wheeler I have at least no kidding about 500 or more! And I honestly buy at least 5 a week! My husband is going crazy with my obsession of books! But guess what, I don’t care, I love to read! It’s my passion!
