This is one of those rare instances where I loved the movie so much, I’m afraid the book would be a disappointment. Curious how others who have seen and read both feel.
@Ginger I always liked the movie, but the book is better bc it goes into more detail, plus has a better plot for the second half than the second movie did. I read that the author hated the movie though. Atreus is really green skinned!
@Jennifer What?? No, that’s just wrong! LOL! Don’t remember much about the sequel except that I thought it was lame. I’m guessing that probably had more to do with the movie than the book from which it was adapted though. I might have to check it out one of these days…
@Ginger I honestly don’t even remember the second movie, but as I was reading the book, I read a synopsis and it sounded stupid lol. The book really explains it in a more…relatable way I guess. The second movie would’ve been better if they had stuck to the book more closely. But it’s worth reading the book regardless!
