I do all of that. In my own books.

Dear Dorothy Weigand let alone other things i think that you do not have your own books. (We don’t have our own books.) You just simply (without thinking about it) took the responsibility of transcending these books to the next generation. So you are not the owner of your books, rather you are serving as a bridge to those books. Regarding books i always consider my self not as an owner rather as a responsibility holder.

People not understanding that when you are reading it isnt that you arent listening to them but you arent even there! You are, at least mentaly, in another place with characters in a story and you cant hear what they are saying because the characters in the story are talking to you. People get so upset because they think we are ignoring them. Dont talk while Im reading!!

I had someone borrow a book of mine back in college and then when I asked her how it is, if she’s enjoying it, she tells me, “Oh I gave it as a present to my friend. I thought you didn’t want it back coz you never ask abt it.” Lol. I swear my vision darkened and I was abt to attack her lol. I wasn’t pestering her abt it ofc because I do not know how long it takes for her to finish a book.. -_- I told her to get it back or else… Lol. Some people. Smh.

Murder: Simply Brewed (An Amish Mystery) is the book that I loaned to my grandma and she’s taking a bit too long to finish it..

(It’s been over two, three.. actually, it’s six months. Probably because she says it’s still in a box somewhere, and she has recently moved)
