Favorite Grisham novel?
Never read him
The Client and The Chamber.
The Street Lawyer
A Time to Kill
The Painted House and Sycamore Row
I loved a painted house! Totally different than most of his books and a great story.
Now that’s a difficult question. ?
A Time To Kill
Hard choice! The Firm.
The Firm but I must admit I haven’t read him in years.
You really can’t go wrong reading any of Grisham’s books. As far as I’m concerned, they’re all great.
Love them all! But The Firm will always be first for me!
I hadn’t read a Grisham book in years, then a friend called and told me I should read Camino Island….loved it!
A Time To Kill. A good movie too, with Matthew McConaughey.
I have to pick just one !? Nope … can’t do it. I agree with all of these!
An Unpainted House.
Have liked most all – just 2 that fell below the others – and “The Reckoning” is next in my TBR stack.
@Marcia, mine too!
The Painted House
That was a fav of mine too. A different kind of novel for Grisham.
Of the newer ones Gray Mountain
Only one I didn’t like: Rooster Bar
@Maryann, I found it a bit slow to get moving, but I did enjoy it.
A Time To Kill – movie good too
The Firm and A Time to Kill
The Painted House. There is a movie as well.
Time to Kill
I really like his older ones, but I really haven’t read any of his newer ones. A Time to Kill, The Firm, The Pelican’s Brief, The Client, and I could go on. The Painted House.
Rainmaker, Street Lawyer, Bleachers
I hate to admit this but.. I’ve only read Skipping Christmas. I absolutely loved it though!
All of them, sorry! They each appeal to me in a different way
The Pelican Brief
The Client. Had seen a trailer for it with a friend and wasn’t impressed. My friend was a Grisham fan and was very interested. Tried a few if the viojs and got interested girls a while. Although I no longer follow and got rid of most of my Grisham books, The Client us the only one I’ve kept, both book and movie.
I loved The Rooster Bar
Can’t remember the name of the one about the pharmaceutical company. Very good but scary
@Becky Friend, we are on the same page!
LOVE .. “The Painted House!”
Grisham has written some pretty phenomenal books, but I still think Time to Kill as the best.
