I listen to audiobooks while at work. A lot of the books I’ve listened to are books I’ve already read. It’s funny how I hear a book differently than I read it.
I don’t like…the girl that does Dani……..I want a kid to do it XD or a younger girl!!!! but Phil….omg PHILLLLL!!!! <3333 that man....just...just....I can't even....
@Anna–reading faster than listening is why I get something different out of listening to an audiobook. Sometimes it is just slowing down your favorite story, and sometimes it is the inflection of the narrator. Putting emphasis on a different word or part of the sentence that I would have sometimes leads me to a different interpretation of what the author is trying to convey.
For sure. I get what you’re saying Julie. I pretty much read the book exactly the way the narrator reads it…or it sounds better in my head and when the narrator reads it it’s like “aw boo it doesn’t sound as good” Except PHIL <3 he's the best. I mean in my head Ryodan sounds more badass...but whatever 😛 STILL HAWT!
I still need to get Dreamfever....and hear that ENTIRE CHAPTER of when Mac is Priya and it's just Barrons narrating...<3
I do but it depends on the narrator. Some narrators can ruin a book. The Fever books are good on audio. Harry Potter is awesome on audio. Sometimes I’ll get the book and the audio so I can listen when I don’t have time to read. I can listen on my iphone and do other things too.
I’ve only got 2 audiobooks, Iced and Shadowfever

No you’re right, I read faster than I can listen. But if they have good voice actors it helps ;3
Oh, I know what you mean @Anna! It should be illegal, what that man can do with his voice!
*choking sound* Like…how….why…I don’t even…..can’t….just….No. OTL
Perfect description!
