I LOVE Hercule. And, yes. Makes me feel like a detective. The little grey cells must observe the guests.

I’ve done that in a Four Seasons before and a server came by and offered a pot of tea and some shortbread biscuits. I picked Earl Grey.

Isn’t that what the lobby is for?The Fairmont in Toronto has a charming library,reading room in the lobby area!
