Sydney Emma Scothon My two favorites are ‘The Anxiety Guy’ and the first one I fell in love with, ‘The Anxiety Coaches Podcast with Gina Ryan.’ Gina Ryan is excellent in explaining things, what she has been through, how to get over anxiety and has a wonderful soothing voice. I listen to them on Spotify but they are on Apple podcasts as well.
I stumbled upon this book, and it had a profound effect on my life, and my mindset. I never had anxiety, but I had so many limiting beliefs about what I was capable of. This book helped out so much, and it talks alot about anxiety and how it all starts in your mind, and it tells how to stop anxiety with your mind. It is a powerful book, I found it on Amazon for under 6 bucks! https://amzn.to/2CV7iAT
Of coarse I can’t remember, but do know what I took from IT, so Google “female author that wrote about Emotional Intelligents” ….. And Keep the Positive Affirmations Inbedding!
