The reason I got an e-reader was because I could check books out of the library!

I love the convenience of an e-book, but the experience and smell of a good ol’ bookstore will never get old. I sadly haven’t used my library much.

I’ve been doing eBooks and audio books for a couple of years. Next week I’m picking up a couple actual books from the library (that weren’t available digitally), and I’m so excited to be going back!

Sitting around with a real book is great, but it’s much easier for me to sneakily read an ebook at work without anyone noticing 😉

I buy ebooks if they’re under $3. Otherwise, I get ebooks from the library. I also go to the library to wander around and pick random books that look interesting.

I use the Libby app (replaced Overdrive app) to reserve and download ebooks from library. Some are immediately available, others I reserve and wait for an email to tell they are ready.

I like bookstores. They make me happy. But so does getting a book from Amazon.
I have a Kindle, and I sometimes use it, but I prefer paper books.

Love Libraries and bookstores! The covers of the books give a hint of the magic in between the covers and the sweet aroma of opening a new book give you the beginning of the trip you will experience with the turning of each page!

I have a hoarding problem — if I own a book I want to save it in case I might need to read it some day, so I read library books all the time, although I love my phone to read Kindle books in waiting rooms and for books that are too old/rare for library to carry like Barbara Pym’s.

I don’t remember when was the last time I went to a library. I used to “live” in them as a kid. Now, I find that they rarely stock books I want to read and the requesting books from other libraries means waiting for few/several weeks. My preferred option is charity bookshops, then give them away.

I have been checking out ebooks from the library as well as physical books. Trying to only purchase my book of the month books, I have so many books I had to start boxing them up because they outgrew the shelves
