Yes, but only classical/instrumental – lyrics are distracting. But, I have misophonia (selective sound sensitivity syndrome) and often need some sort of background noise (tv, music, or white noise) if I’m in a quiet room in order to cope.
I don’t hear anything while I’m reading. I can’t hear Bug screaming my name. I can’t hear Will telling me the house is on fire. So… If there is music, I don’t hear shit.

Nope can.cope with cartoons on in background keep kids happy or kids yapping and playing but cant do music I just start singing along
