Every Monday I make my weekly rounds to my local thrift stores. 10 cents to 2 bucks for a new-to-me book keeps my wallet happy.

I use Thriftbooks. I have ordered around 75 books from Thriftbooks. I always click the like new option through to ensure I get a quality book. (when I first started using Thriftbooks, I didn’t pay attention and ended up with a couple of hardback books without the dust jacket)

It’ll let you know when the dust jacket is missing but I’ve gotten “acceptable” books and they were in like new condition. I’ve never had an issue with thrift books.
