It’s not a competition. I read about 3 books a month. That’s my speed because there are many other things I also like doing. I can see myself as a kid squeezing in that many books, but not now.
Lol, i’m on book 6 for the year! I just don’t get time unless I skip the minimal sleep I get ?. I’m not jealous about the book though, as I don’t particularly like his books.
Right there with you. I’m on 113. I also work nights but had 10 week’s surgical leave for cancer surgery and treatments. Reading was my escape. I love reading!!!!
I’m on page 1 of my 24th book for the year. I’ve been on page 1 fo a week now. ? Nope, no difficulties or anything except that I’m struggling for time.
Awesome Job!!! Am finishing book #40 & starting #41 tonight! It’s been so long since I read Angels and Demons… Really considering making my reading challenge next year to reread a few books.
Diana Yanishevsky Have you seen the A&D movie? I actually thought that the movie was better than the Da Vinci Code movie… (Even though A&D didn’t rate too well at the box office)
Diana Yanishevsky I don’t watch much TV/DVD either, but hubby wanted to see it, and since he knew I read the book, he invited me along. I despise movie adaptations, but I admit I was curious to see how Hollywood would butcher it, so I went with him. It wasn’t that bad…
Everyone is doing so much reading this year….it warms my heart…whether you read 1 book or a 100 it is the reading that matters…research shows that readers live longer, are generally happier, and less like to suffer from Alzheimer’s or dementia…parents that read are more likely to raise readers and their children are more likely to go to college
How???? ??
I work third shift and have plenty of quiet reading time
How are you liking the book? This book has been sitting on my shelf for over an year, just couldn’t make myself to read it. Is it good?
This is my third time reading the series…I love it
This makes me so sad that I am only on my 20th book. My goal was 52 for the year.
Please don’t let anything about reading make you sad. You’ve read almost 3 a month. That’s good!!
That’s so kind, thanks very much.

Great congratulations
😀 My “guilty pleasure” series… I’ve read them all, but A&D was the best one. . .
Have you read Origin?
@Diana Yep. It was good, and I enjoyed it, but like I said, A&D is still the best, IMO.
I totally agree…I hope he keeps writing them

@Stephanie no I haven’t…I don’t watch much TV…but I will look into it
