Can anyone help me to find some good self help books? Feeling myself stucked in a rut

Can anyone steer me in the right direction of finding some good self help books? I’m feeling like I’m stuck in a rut this year.

I couldn’t get into it. Using f**k everywhere in the book ruined it for me. I can’t take someone seriously who would name their book fuck and then not be willing to actually use the word.

Daring Greatly by Brene Brown. It’s about the power of vulnerability, and it should be required reading for everyone because it can really change the way you relate to people. She did a Ted Talk so you can see what it’s about. It has over 33 million views, so you know it’s resonating with people! https://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability/up-next

I love Brene Brown. Personality Plus is one of my all time favorites. John Maxwell.

Quiet: the power of Introverts in a world that can’t stop talking – this book is super useful whether or not you’re an introvert, because it teaches the reader how to better understand and communicate with introverts
