I’m not sure…but I’ve always had great customer service experiences with them. My kindle froze and I couldn’t do anything with it, they sent me a replacement and a box to ship the old one back.
I think the extended warranty covers it… cant contact til tomorrow when i can either call or chat with them in peace
I’m pretty sure it does too. But not 100%. Keep us posted in case anyone else has this issue. Lol

I had lost mine a few years ago in the Fall…looked everywhere…come spring my husband found it doing yard work. It must have fell off the porch and into a puke of leaves. I put it in a bag of rice for 2 days before turning it on. It still works, but doesn’t keep the right time. I keep it as my “backup”. Lol
Is it an accidental coverage extended warranty? I always get mine though square trade and their accidental warranties are amazing
