1
KevinQuestion author

Lemme tell u something! I’m seriously jealous! I couldn’t get all five…just one.

0
Furkan

@Kevin A Song of Ice and Fire is the name of the book series. Books are named A Game of Thrones, A Clash of Kings, A Storm of Swords, A Feast for Crowds, and A Dance with Dragons respectively.

KevinQuestion author

Seems like I’m gonna have to start begging for those other 4 books.? Are they worth it tho?

0
Carrissa

They’re pretty good! Definitely worth a read in my opinion.

0
KevinQuestion author

Yep begging it is for me!

1
Furkan

@Kevin Oh definitely. I wish I’d go back in time and read them again with the same thrill.

Every readers problem.??? I’ve got 30+ ish books on The pil now I’ve got 13 more.?

1
Amy

@Kevin if you do decide to read them (and I recommend you do) read book 4 and 5 simultaneously because they take place at the same time. There’s a layout of what chapters to read in each that probably would have helped me not struggle through book 4

0
KevinQuestion author

I’m reading them. I’m like reading 3 different books same time?

0
KevinQuestion author

Gulliver’s travels (rereading it), Dragon of summer Chronicles and Game of thrones.

1
Amy

@Kevin I have not read Gulliver’s Travels but I need to. I have it, just haven’t read it. Current read is Mila 18. I kinda love Leon Uris’s novels

1
KevinQuestion author

I haven’t read Alice in wonderland!? So we’re even I guess… And Gulliver’s travels might bore you… A bit.

0
Amy

Alice is one of my favorites and I might accept that challenge!

1
KevinQuestion author

Interesting!? Got a book for me aswell? Or shall it be Alice in wonderland?

0
Amy

Haha I’m good with Alice! Unless you haven’t read Devil in the White City because that’s my all time favorite

0
KevinQuestion author

Nope i haven’t… I’ll have to see if there free PDF available… Yeah being cheap?

1
Amy

Nothing wrong with cheap. That’s how I buy all my books, unless it’s a favorite!

0
Courtney

@Kevin Library!

1
KevinQuestion author

I live in small village where apparently I’m the only one who’s but about reading…. Nearest library is like 7-8 miles away.

Once in 2009 I was staying with my Lawyer aunt for a while she had lots of books mostly on law and history and they were quite good… Well I was caught reading them and warned never to touch them, She gave me 9 Tinkle Digest’s in return… I’ve them 17 times I guess, they were 100 pages and took me about a hour to finish them. ? That was the first library I visited. Second was my school library where I was scolded for take a big book “Shiva Trilogy” by author Amish Tripathi… It was 300 pages. ? Hardly big

It’s one of the best fantasy series I’ve ever read. The story is rich and intricately woven with complex characters that you’ll love. GRRM’s writing is on par with Tolkien and CS Lewis.

I started it but had to stop somewhere in the 3rd book.

It was tedious and really freaking predictable. I gave up because I’d read it all before. It was just a homage to the greats of the genre and bored the crap out of me.

Cuz books are always better.?

1
Brenda

Watched seasons 1 and 2 and stopped, my son hasn’t read one book but is hooked on the series .. since he took so long in releasing the books the series just goes off the rails by season 4 or 5 , not that it was very faithful in the seasons actually based on the books

0
KevinQuestion author

Waitup! You mean the book 5 dancing with dragons isn’t the final one!??

1
Brenda

No its not , book six is in the wings

1
KevinQuestion author

I’m in for disaster if I finish reading all 5 before the 6th is released. Well I don’t like not knowing the end.?

0
KevinQuestion author

Is 6th gonna be final book btw??

0
Brenda

No clue honestly

0
Kayleigh

There will be 7 books in all. Or there’s supposed to be.

I don’t know how you do it, Lori! I’ve only been a fan since 2014, and am not feeling patient. ?

I love the show and books equally and separately.

2
KevinQuestion author

7 books… 2 more yet to be released…. Well hell it’s gonna be torture…

0
Brenda

Its crazy , I finally read them and now I’m in the ranks of waiting

1
KevinQuestion author
