The Handmaid’s Tale is one of my favorites. Love the MaddAddam trilogy & Alias Grace as well. Have tried to start Cat’s Eye three times but just can’t seem to get into it.
Studied The Handmaid’s Tale for A level and loved it. Then taught The Blind Assassin and Alias Grace which I really enjoyed. Have read and loved others and then thought Naomi Alderman’s The Power was great and reminiscent of Atwood.
The Power was reminiscent of Handmaid’s Tale because of the post-apocalyptic setting. After loving that I went on to read her other novels: Disobedience and The Lesson which I also really enjoyed.
Pick me!
I’ve only read Edible Women so far but I have a lot of her books, so following for the discussion ☺️
