When I was younger much younger I read a book called Abandoned about a tiny black kitten with a very sad ending ? it still haunts me today ?
But as an adult the last book I cried over was The Silence of the Monte Sol can’t remember the author but it was about the nazi invasion of the Italy alps and very harrowing ?

Racquel

I’m an emotional person too! I bawled more reading “Me Before You” than watching the movie. I’ve only watched the movie, “P.S. I Love You,” but I used half a roll of toilet paper from crying and I actually paused the movie; I don’t think I have the courage to read the book. 😉

1
Sarah

Don’t get me started on movies. I dare not go & see a weepie at the cinema. I came out of watching Les Miserables with no make up left on ???

1
Racquel

@Sarah That is the exact reason why I wait the mandatory 3 months for the movie to come out on DVD. That way, I can cry at home; and also pause for snacks and bathroom breaks. 😉

1
Mary

Oh ladies, don’t take me to the movies either! Same, very emotional… My friends were shocked that I teared up during Malificent!

1
TaraQuestion author

The book of p.s I love you is so different from the movie but just as emotional if not more! I recommend a big box of tissues if you read it! X

Tuesday’s with Morrie, Mitch Albom. My mother suffered and succumbed to that horrible disease als, so this book is very personal. A dog’s purpose was a really great one for bringing the waterworks too! (I have not seen the movie) I have so many great tear jerkers in my collection, but so many have already been mentioned!
