Call me by your name – Andre Aciman. I need an Elio and Oliver happy ending so badly! The one I’ve made up in my head is enough to keep me sane but an official one would be awesome ?
@Allen I feel it’s only a true sequel if the original author writes it. I would love to know what Margaret Mitchel felt would happen. I feel Scarlett is just someone’s opinion of what happened. I know a lot of people like Scarlett, Rhett Butlers People, and a few others but I haven’t been able to bring myself to read to them.
@Kristy true. I’ve heard that it was written by her close friend that used info and notes to write it though. But I totally get it. It’s like the new book Dragon Teeth by Michael Crichton. He never finished it while alive, but his wife and some friends finished it. It’s not the same.
If I go into a book store with my debit card, I’m screwed… It’s my version of the candy store from when I was a boy. Maybe it’s just me but there’s something strangely erotic about the feel of a good book in your hands.
@Aneesah ohhh… or maybe she felt it ended on a good note and we could take the world anywhere in our minds… instead of he making 2 more books and us hating where it goes.
Some kind of wonderful by giovanna fletcher
Crazy house – James Patterson one of the many
Room by Emma Donoghue…I’ve already reached out to the author and she said there will not be a sequel.
