I used to be obsessed with Nancy Drew books when I was in elementary school (I cannot remember who wrote the books or which books I read). I took a children’s literature course for my major in 2014 and we had to read 60 books (fairytales, picture books, novels) by the end of the semester and I ended up loving Robert Munch’s books.
Someone I read as a kid and still read when I’m super depressed. In fact, bought old library copies so I could have the ‘smell’. You know what I mean. Anyway, author is Edward Eager. He writes book about magic happenings. Things like kids find a coin that when they wish on one side they go into the past, other side they go into the future. Some books: Magic by the Lake, Knight’s Castle, Half Magic….
