Depends on what sort of things they’re into. My first instinct would be Harry Potter but if they don’t like fantasy then maybe not a good idea.

Depends on what they are into. Roanoke Girls was awesome. She comes undone was also great! Miss Peregrines home for peculiar children is also a great series to start with.

To start with try dickens/o’henry/woodhouse….
Harry Potter is a good idea too. When I started with philosopher’s stone, stopped only at goblet of fire. So engrossing they were.?
