The thing is, I live in tropical country, which is so hot. Fireplace isn’t a thing in my place, and I can’t sit on the beach to read for too long because it’s too hot 🙁

@Sharon We had a fireplace growing up, I have memories of the coal man arriving with the coal, we had a cupboard in our hallway where the coal was kept (we lived in a tenement), my Dad had put planks of wood at the doorway to stop the coal falling out, then closed the door, one time, there was so much coal, that it burst through the planks of wood & opened the door, there was coal all over the floor, I remember us all putting the coal back in? (sorry I just went on there)☺️

If I had to choose, it would be the beach for the water and light. Justs as long as no sand got in between my toes. I can not stand the grittiness. I know, it sounds a little strange huh???
