Fantastic concept. Writing is there. Characters are well developed. I still have a little storyline issues, but I’m glad I read it. I wish she would write a sequel following Ruby.
I liked it and found the premise interesting. The last third or so of the book fell short for me. I felt the author attempted to wring emotion from family relationships that hadn’t been well developed.
Amazing story! Vivid characters. Loved it. What did you think?
I loved it.

Loved it
I enjoyed it and the storyline was unique enough that it kept my attention
It was okay. Interesting premise, but I think I was expecting more.
Ok,expected more

Haven’t read it yet, but have it on hold at my library
Started it earlier this year, wasn’t here for it, but am saving it to retry again at some point!
I liked it.
It was okay.
It started out so strong and then fizzled out.
Liked it a lot. Story of the youngest son was by far my favorite. Story of the other son seemed like a real stretch
It’s not warm and fuzzy.
So-so — I enjoyed it, but it ended up being more of a 3-star.
Great premise. My book club read it last month and I hosted with a food to represent each character. The youngest son was “pigs in a blanket “
Liked the premise although there was some dragging parts but overall, it was good ?
I’ve read it.
It is kind of blah
It was fair
It was okay
Loved it!
Really enjoyed the beginning but dragged on a bit lost interest by the end
I thought it was great
I enjoyed it.
I liked it! Kept my interest Well worth the time
Only liked Simon’s part.
Loved the premise, but it fell short of my expectations. First two stories were ok, last two, not so much.
It was not my usual read but after I got into it about 1/3 in it got much better.
I loved the book and I thought the sisters story that was the last was the saddest one of all. Interesting premise.
I’m reading it now. I like it okay. I’ve been trying to fall in love with a book for awhile and this isn’t it.
Loved it. Will always remember: What am I afraid of? What would I change if I had the power to do so.
Just okay, did not really care about any of the characters.
I enjoyed it! I think it is worthy read.
I enjoyed it. Definitely different
It was ok
Enjoyed the 2 younger siblings’ stories the best. I agree that the eldest sister’s was heartbreaking in more than one way.
Loved it!
Did not finish.
Meh
Really enjoyed it!
I was disappointed.
Lukewarm read for me.
It was a DNF for me.
I enjoyed reading it. It dragged in parts, but a unique idea. Worth reading.
Wasn’t what I’d hoped it would be.
I really liked this book, and it really makes you stop and pause to think about life and circumstances people encounter.
