Goodreads has emailed me three times this week reminding to finish one of the 7 books I’ve started but now I’m too far deep in this hole and I probably won’t finish any of them so there
I normally have 3…one on each reading format, so I am never without a book. These are my current reads: The Coldest Winter – audiobook; Say Nothing – ebook; and Americanah – book. All fantastic so far!
I had to make a check on my reading list spreadsheet so that the number of books read simultaneously turns red when it gets too high ?
I had this conversation with a friend once: BTW, I went down below 20 books read simultaneously. Finally 😀 Whaaat? What whaaat? More’s not possible? Don’t answer… ?
I’m going to be up to three by the end of the weekend.. lol There is the book I read while doing laundry, the book I am reading for book club, and then there is the book I am reading all for me.. lol
I was looking for a book series for my 10 year old son to try after the Weirder School books by Dan Gutman. We are trying the Warrior series by Erin Hunter about 4 clans of wild cats. I am in love, the story just takes off and I’ve made it to book number 2 so far. I am also reading Business Insurance Needs for my job, and 200 Best Jobs for Introverts, all actively. I have A Casual Vacancy on my night stand started too!
@Angela i think i am the same … I started Nora Roberts Year One but want to read a murder mystery and I have a paranormal murder mystery started as well …
I probably will be as of tonight… A book I’ve been waiting for for about a month just came in the mail, but I’m also already in the beginning/middle of a long but so far great book!
Me. I am reading two, but I don’t like to. One is on loan from the library so I have a deadline to finish it. I rarely do this, but if they are different genres I occasionally will. For instance, a biography and a novel.
Always at least two. A «real» book (usually French), and a Kindle book (English). Reading one in each language makes it a bit easier not to get confused between the two (but not always) ?
