My sisters, mom, and I always give books to each other for Christmas. We started this tradition about 5 years ago and it is something that we put a lot of thought into and something that we enjoy each year. So I know that every year for Christmas I will receive four new books!
I will usually ask for a gift card instead, I read and have read so much that my family has trouble keeping up and most of my friends don’t have a clue lol ?
I actually don’t write with pens, ever ? I told my professor that Wednesday evening because we had to use a pen for our midterm and he looked at me like I was crazy ?
I ask for money to buy books that “magically” appear under the Christmas Tree. And in the times when my brother and sister still believed in Santa, I would look surprised to see those books.
Me but I think I’m only asking for one book this year maybe 2 because I know we always get money at Christmas which I will use some of it for my kobo to put some books on and the books that I will be asking for aren’t available on the kobo. I always ask for books at Christmas ☺️
I like to do my own book shopping. Dunno why. Just seems like most people get it wrong when I ask. Even if I use the author and the title, it seems like it will still go wrong.
My grandma and I are doing a special Barnes and Nobel trip just so I can pick out books for myself for Christmas and books for me to give others for Christmas
