Out of the two I would pick Emma because I find her to be better character than Clary. I haven’t read the Dark Artifices series yet but I think that I’ll still like her then. I like Emma’s backstory, I like her family, friends, her courage, passion, intelligence, individuality, strength, power, and personality. But if it was Emma against Tessa, I think I would pick Tessa.
