Stephen King… I love most of his books (that I have read anyway), so it’s hard to pick a favorite. But for now it would be: “The Shining” and “On Writing.” Maybe this will change once I’ve read all of his work.

Haruki Murakami Kafka on The Shore and all his works, Andrew Davidson ‘Gargoyle’, Umberto Eco, and Henning Mankell… And some indonesian authors like Eka Kurniawan (his books already available in english “beauty is the wound” and man tiger) and Lakshmi Pamuntjak and her book is already translated into English “The question of red” and Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Javier Marias, Isabelle Allende…
Favorite author as a writer is Tahereh Mafi. Favorite author as a writer and a human being is JK Rowling And favorite book is Harry potter (don’t ask which one of the seven books cause i can never chose) .
Too many authors to name them all so I’ll say M A Comley and loads of favourite books, High Force by LJ Ross and Watch Yo Burn by KA Richardson are two recent favourites
Favorite author and series is The Daughter of Smoke & Bone trilogy by Laini Taylor. Favorite stand-alone is White Oleander by Janet Fitch but The Light of Paris by Eleanor Brown is a very close second
