Well, the way I be these days, it can be on the top deck of a ferry between distant islands…stuck between flights on one of those time forgotten airports but only me could wind up there…a little park I discovered with just the right bench and just the right shade….or….a little coffee shop that usually finds me…
Anywhere as long as there is coffee and and its a good book..however, the best spot I ever read was in the Emperor’s private rooms at Hadrian’s Villa (I was a bit of a rebel lol)
I don’t normally get bothered by ants, but the mosquitos can get bad. I usually bring one or 2 citronella candles with me and that does the trick. When they are really bad – back in the house I go! Lol

Haha, it was a weekday and not too many visitors so I thought why not and explored the villa with my book!
