Couch. Unless the beach is shaded and has a waiter. Even so, I’d be too distracted by the view. I read much better with Curious George in the background. Lol
I can do the beach if it’s maybe October and I’m lounging on a balcony overlooking the ocean! The sun and I do not get along.
I do enjoy reading at the beach, but I love reading in my bed.
Couch…I despise sand!
Today I started the book Evergreen by Belva Plain outside on my hammock and when the wind picked up my husband came out w/ a fleece throw. It was divine. 🙂 But I love the beach too and couch.

Cozy couch..I attempted to read on the beach a few times with actual books and well sand, wet hands…I was very paranoid that I would mess up my book!
