I have a Bible from 1903 and a book called The Life Of Jesus Christ about the same time.

History of a regiment in the Civil War, dated in the 1860’s I think.
There are a couple books we found in my grandpas garage that were published in the 1860s or 70s but they were pretty much rotting. So the oldest one I can say for sure is a copy of Hamlet from 1902
Had an old family Bible from 1798-burned in a fire at my Grandmothers home. Big loss.
1953…it’s my favourite fairytale to this day. It’s written in verse and flows so beautifully that I memorised almost the entire first half. It belonged to my uncle, then my mom and now it’s mine and it’s one of my greatest treasures.

A religious book, written in Latin, that has no date, but someone wrote, on the inside cover, “ex libris Constatine Jonnesville, 1774”.
It seems this is interpreted as oldest print edition, does oldest publication count? I have some Aristotle and Socrates that is quite old. I need to read the Pelopennesian War at some point, I think the original publication date on that is very old.
I have to look up a few, they don’t have years in them, but the oldest I know is Pope’s Poetical Works from 1859
