It is my favourite Dostoyevsky book. To my opinion, way better than anything else he wrote.

One of my favorite books ever! I’m autistic and really relate to Prince Myshkin.

I loved it! It was the book that introduced me to his works and it’s still one of my favourites.

Book of Dostoevski called notes from the underground-a really pessimistic book.you have to truly immerse yourself into that book

At times I felt like it was a drag but overall, its a fantastic book. I haven’t read a bad book by him yet. I’d recommend notes from the underground and the double to go onto next. And of course, Crime and punishment too

I really liked it when I read it about 44 years ago, for what that’s worth. I don’t remember much about it now, lol.

It is going to sound weird, but: for me the most beautiful love story depicted in literature! There is an alienation, an impossibility for real nearness, and at the same time, it’s consuming them.
