The book is amazing. I’m also enjoying the TV show. They’ve done a great job keep to the spirit of the book but adding some modernizing elements. I’m looking forward to seeing how the second season goes.

1
Kayleen

@Linda where is this show? I would love to see it.

1
Linda

@Kayleen: I’ll look all if it up for you tomorrow. However, I know the second season is on Hulu. We don’t have (want ?) Hulu so I either bought season one on Amazon or saw it on Netflix.

It is really good. Scary stuff for women but presented very well.

I’m not very far into it yet, it’s ok but I’m finding it a bit hard to follow ? I’ll give it a bit longer otherwise I might give up on it.

I’m having a hard time reading The Last Tudor. The book is beautifully written but the way people behaved and thought back then feel ridiculous to me.

Working through Good Omens. And recently started The Pirate Wars, basically the history of pirates told on plain and simple, no romanticism
