Historical fiction is probably my favorite, or mysteries (historical mysteries in particular or as Barnes and Noble labels them: Death by Gaslight.) Fantasy is a close second.
Romance & YA are ones I tend to avoid, but am trying to branch out a little
I’m all over the place, I love a good mystery or suspense novel, young adult coming of age & dystopian, occasional romance or chick lit, and then there’s Harry Potter & Twilight & the Fever series…
I like alot. Historical Fiction re civil was in the states, as well as ww2. Biographies, hp, hunger games and of course a few authors where I read all their stuff no matter what like Lisa Genova, Liane Moriarty, Jodi Picoult, Taylor Jenkins Reid and Kristin Hannah etc
I am happy to read most things, but I do gravitate towards mystery and fantasy. Historical and romance, next – horror last.
