The Red Rising series by Pierce Brown is a great series. It’s a mixture of sci-fi and dystopian.

Idk if it’s considered syfy but I love Sherrilyn Kenyon’s League series. To me it has a syfy feel to them.

If you’re feeling up to the task, Dune is amazing. For a lighter read, The Hunger Games or the Divergent series are entertaining. For single books Dark Matter will blow your mind.
